Great service at Cell C V&A Waterfront store

I’m so impressed with CellC right now (especially the team at V&A Waterfront, Cape Town).

I went into the store earlier this week to double check my upgrade date (as the app said 1 Aug 2019 and the customer service line said 13 Aug 2019). The instore sales consultant did a quick check and said “I can upgrade you right now”.

Best news ever and of course I already knew exactly which package I wanted. The iPhone XS Max with the Apple Watch 4!

The next morning he processed all my paperwork and got the devices ready (they didn’t have the watch in stock at their store, so the mananger drove through to Claremont to collect a watch from another store). All this effort so they could give me both devices at the same time. Now that’s service!

Thank you team CellC @ V&A Waterfront for making my upgrade process so seamless and letting me upgrade way before my upgrade date!

Loving my new Iphone & Apple Watch! (My old series 2 watch will now go to my little sister).
