Great Service

I would like to commend Thabisile N from the Cell C Social Media Development Team . The lady has once again exceeded my expectations I was so fed up with the networks inconsistency I was ready to switch networks I reached out to their twitter account and was initially assisted by someone whomst I was not happy with and I proceeded to lay an official complaint . Thabisile called me and she resolved the matter in minutes even after I gave her slight attitude as I was really dissatisfied she maintained her high level of professionalism .I dont normally write reviews but I had to for this consultant as this is not the first time she has given me the best service after I spoke to other people and were refusing to do their jobs. She is a gem to the network and deserves a raise!!!!
