great service

I received a call from cell c customer care advising me of a new data deal that they had on offer me the lady I spoke to Nomvelo who gave me a great explanation on how it all works. unfortunately I couldn't take the deal due to personal reason I then requested Nomvelo to get someone from they insurance department to call so I can insure my device as the policy wasn't loaded first time around in less then 10 minutes I received a call from Samke (sam) who took me through the policy wording and loaded a policy for my device which was confirmed by sms same . These two ladies really gave me excellent service...thumbs up sam and nomvelo
