<p>I had an issue with Cell C direct. I took to hellopeter to voice my complaint. I was assisted by a gentleman named Derrick from the esclelatiopns department, This mans service was out of this worls fantastic. He continuosly followed up and checked on my case and he kept his word. I just want to say we need more people like you to make our lives easier. Thank you so much and I hope Derrick is recognised for his outstanding service.</p>
