Great sales consultant at Cell C

Cell C has great support. When I call they always answer immediately. A sales consultant called me one day for a great offer they had. Her name is Zakira. She spent a lot of time working with me and followed up with me on our agreed times and was very patient with me. I also have her some referrals and e-mail her when I have issues, then she assists me.

The only problem is, Cell C's towers has great network in my area, but some days the towers are down, then we must use Vodacoms towers. The network is very bad on those days. That's the biggest downfall so far...
