Great follow up

I posted a bad review about cellc few weeks ago, the same day thy contacted me regarding my account that was paid up but was still showing as I arrears within 2 weeks thy managed to get my paid up letter n send it to credit bureau as I speak my account is now clear thank u to the lady who followed up my case thank u I appreciate it
