Great expectation, no action!

I am a loyal Cell C customer for the past 20 years. Wanted to terminate my contract because Vodacom deals are cheaper. A young man at Cell C's retention centre convinced me to stay and promised me a deal I can not refuse. He promised me earphones, a charging bank, and a watch as complimentary gifts. He further promised me that the new Honor 400 Pro and extras would be delivered within three days. It took 10 days, and only the phone was delivered; no earphones, charging bank, or watch were included. I feel these operators will say anything and create false expectations, just to get one to agree to a new contract. I think the young man's name at the retention centre is Luvuyo
