How is it acceptable that in 2019, any telecommunications company may be allowed to ask out of bundle rates of R1000 per gig this is simply not acceptable at the internet speeds we have available.

Not mentioning that the out of bundle unlimited feature comes pre-enabled so that any consumer could easily make the mistake of going over their cap for the month and get a preposterous bill.

In our case we had the 50gig for R300 pm package and we got the package in the middle of the month and we only received the pro rata amount of more or less 15gig once that was finished we relized within 3 days that the 15 gigs might have been depleted not receiving any warning from cell c SMS or email wise they instead sent the SMS to the number inside the router this being uncheck for 3 days in that 3 day window we used 14 Gigabytes, ok fair enough but we received a bill of R14000????.

This Gives the impression that Cell c is intentionally trying to ensure their customers go into the out of bundle area and this is just not fair practices they are taking advantage of the South African public.

at 100Mbps. So now being in out of bundle you can rack up a bill of 1TB per day that at R1000per Gigabyte leaves you at R1Million rand per day. How is this acceptable in 2019 to pay R1000 per gig? this is ******ion.
