Great customer service!

I shared a complaint about Cell C on this forum last week and boy did they make an effort! My phone placed their calls to me in the spam folder and they then emailed me and finally got hold of me.

I explained that I had in the mean time received better information about the product than I was given by the first person in their customer service call centre I spoke to. My issue was thus solved.

I want to take this opportunity to state that because they make an effort and really care about their customer base I usually only have good things to say about Cell C and I have convinced many family members and friends to cross to Cell C. To my mind they also offer much better value for money with their products. Thank you Cell C for your response and good service.
