great customer service

i upgrade my contract 2 moths back and that phone never came to me, made several calls to cell c to complian about this i was advised that the reason i didnt get my phone is because this dont have stork and no one took responsibility, until i called on monday the 23/11/2015 where i wanted tro cancel all my contract due to this. i got amelia zulu where she persuarded me to stay and advised how is she going to fix this. i lost hope but she promised me she will call me back as she wanted to email other department, later on monday, amelia called me back to say now i can upgrade, and i did, on tuesday she called me again to upgrade my other contract. i must say im really happy with the service and honesty amelia gave me and alos the advise.<br> im willing to over look cell c network problem if i can get service like this. thank you
