<p>Yesterday i requested a call back from Cell C regarding my contract phone. i got a response stating that i'd be called back within a few hours, i was pleasently surprised to get a call within less than a hour. I spoke to a agent named Palesa Nhlapo, she was very helpful and made sure i get all the documentation i needed to fix my problem. I just want to thank her, and i hope she has a prosperous career, thanks to her i was able to get a copy of my contract, and my proof of purchase, my device is now unlocked. She has excellent customer service and she makes sure she sticks to her word when it comes to service delivery. Thank you Palesa.</p>
