Great attitude

It is not very often that we give credit where credit is due. I, unfortunately were not able to get the agents' name that contacted me today, 20 October 2015 at 04:04pm from Cell C. Yes, as always it was an inconvenient time and I was not interested in the added benefits she wanted to offer me. BUT, she sounded energetic, and positive and friendly and I could hear the smile on her face over the phone. This does not happen often. But, to who ever, contacted me, well done and keep up the friendly voice! Telesales can be hard, but with an attitude like that, you will go places!
