Govender from cancellations makes you want to cancel

I have taken out a Vodacom contract due to better deal but Cell C refused the port. Cell C cancellations said they won't release the number for 30 days. I offered to pay for 30 days but need the number converted to prepaid so it can be released. The supervisor, Ellon Governder, vehemently refused to budge even though I explained the porting regulation does not allow Cell C to hold my number hostage. I explained that the inbound routing then wouldn't work on the new Vodacom sim but he said that was not his problem. Now I can't wait to cancel my other 2 contracts due to his attitude problem
