Got the worst poor service from cell c , my data

Be aware that cell c is trying to rip of its clients , ive just bought a 1 gig data it only lasted me 30 minutes and they telling me that its the videos that i have been viewing and whatsapp messages of which at that 30 minutes interval i never viewed videos and i didnt recieve a message from whatsapp, please stop trying to cover your debts on our expense .....please be careful when buying their daily data.
