Got it Sorted
I am very happy with way Khaya Simelane from Finrite handled my complaint. He got me my cellphone back and I didn't have to pay an arm and a leg for excess. I still think C-surance is very sneaky with the way they increase premiums and excess amounts with telling their customers but I am very happy with the way Khaya my query.
