Good way to end a bad situation

I would like to thank Sharon from cell c Phoenix for her excellent service always with me but this past month I had a bad experience with a Samsung phone that I purchased, Sharon from cell c Phoenix gave me excellent service as always and thabisile from the social media department went over and above her pay grade to assist me, it's very rare to find people who give service that these 2 lady's have given me, I commend the hard work the 2 put in and I really appreciate the effort of both Sharon and Thabisile you lady's have done exceptional to turn a bad situation into a good 1. Thanks Sharon and Thabisile may you 2 grow from strength to strength!
