Good service acknowledged, Thank you Jennifer from Cell C
On the 15th of October 2019 i was assisted by a lady that affectionately introduced herself as Jenniffer (Ous' Jenniffer, as i called her).
She assisted me with my upgrade after i was frustratingly transferred from one consultant to another. OMG, she was like "Come sit here by me little sis, worry yourself not". she took me through the process and put my anxieties at ease.
It's no easy feat for workers in the service industry to juggle our issues at once. So when we have a positive experience, we ought to make sure we leave some kind comments to say thank you for the quality service.
I just hope she gets recognised for her excellent service, and yes EVEN DURING BONUS TIME... this will serve as 1 of the many 360-degree performance reviews received from clients.
I really appreciate her calm demeanor... and how she was able to assure me of the excellent choice of mobile devise i had made, HAHAHA.
