I would like to say to Candy who managed to sort out my problem in a space of 48 working hrs. after more than 10 agent failed to assist but showed me how ruled and clueless they are with the products that they should know about. Candy managed to sort out part of my problem the same day Saturday the 29/01/2016 and she promised to escalate the problem to the IT Department and she will call me Monday which she actually called to keep me updated further on to promised me that she will escalate the matter again since the issue is still not resolved 30mon later she called me to inform me that the matter has been resolved and indeed the matter was actually resolved. I want to say to Cell C management Candy is one person you need to keep in the company because she knows why she is there (Cell C).
