Good day I app**** for a contract with cell c on the 7th of this month it was approved for 600 rand I took a p40 Lite deal with smart watch, I received a sms from there credit vetting and a email with the spi since then I did not receive any feedback, I called in yesterday to find out what Is going on only to be told it had been declined, I then get a call saying I will receive my phone I call In today again to be told by one person that it has been Approved and again by the Donald that it is declined, Heather is so rude she doesn't give a person a chance to explain the reason for my call, I still do not have a answer as to what is going on zi was to to send documents to the fruad department I asked why not one can 5ell me, all u can say is that cell c I really don't know how u are still in business wtrh a consultant working there bybthe Name of Heather she is rude drops my calls, Donald doesn't want to here anything besides what is on his screen, I am not happy at all with celll c and my first time experience with them, as I have said up till not with more than 20 phone calls from my self to then spent how much of my airtime trying to get the correct information on my status nothing because how do we know what is true with multiple different answers.
