Kindly assit , My name is Neo Majoe On the 25th the I got a cell C debit order Amount of R 2136,82 on my Bank Account from Cell C , I therefore contacted cell C Customer care with Call ***, I told them that I have not opened any contract account with cell C and I do not have any contract with them . I was told to send my copy of ID , Affidavit from Police station and Bank Statement showing the debit . I since forwarded all the required documents to *** and cc - *** on the 01 March 2022 at 09:48 and i got a automatic email back the same day saying that they will attend to the matter within 48 hours .
