Good day. I would like to report the bad service i have been receiving from cell c. A debit order of R49 was deducted from my account. Several queries have been sent to cell c, but no positive response has been received. I don't know is it because they are not reading my query or are they just not interested in the query that's been logged with them. That's is rather poor and unacceptable service received from Cell C. Regards
