Good customer service from Cell C employee

I had a problem with porting my pay as you go contact to a contract and I was really getting frustrated with the call centre etc. Something that seemed simple to me took forever to sort out. Luckily my problem was passed to Moses Mo***eng who was exceptionally helpful (he even helped me on his day off). Long overdue I know but thank you Moses for all your help.
