Good Bye Cell C, I WILL NOT miss you

Dear TN, Cell C has wasted another whole day of mine spinning me around in circles from one dept to another, to put it bluntly Cell C staff are painfully *********** and hopeless not surprising coz Cell C 's level of service is more pathetic than words can say. I've been trying the entire day to upgrade my contract, It doesn't make sense to beg Cell C to take on more business. To cut to the chase Cell C has made it very easy for me to decide to cancel my contract for *** on 03 March 2023. Please take this as formal notification. I'd rather go to a network that values me as a customer.
