Good bye Cell C!

I have honestly just about had it with Cell C. Besides the fact that my inbox is flooded on a daily basis with smses regarding all sorts of ****, I have been called from a Cell C number (084 145) countless times, only to have the phone put down in my ear. I called the customer service number to try and resolve this, only to speak to a rude lady named Xoliswa. She interrupted me countless times while I was trying to explain to her what the issue is and she kept trying to push me through to another department. I would not have minded being put through to another department if it was not for the fact that I had to deal with this incredibly rude woman. As I was trying to explain certain things to her, all I got was her speaking over me and she would not let me finish a sentence. She would not even find out the correct details of my complaint before trying to transfer me to another department. No wonder Cell C is going bankrupt, what with this kind of customer service and constant harassment. I will be changing service providers THIS WEEKEND! Thanks for absolutely nothing Cell C!
