Going the Extra Mile

I would like to compliment Ashlynne Ramphal on the excellent service that we received from her when my daughter went onto the store for an upgrade on her phone on the 07 March 2015.<br> Cell C being typical Cell C always has an issue with everyone (that I know of) had many issues with my daughter's account - one being that she was in arrears of R4.98.<br> Ashlynne handled this very well and went that extra mile to sort out these issues. <br> We want to say THANK YOU Ashlynne for a job well done and keep it up. It is a person like Ashlynne that makes you want to keep your contract with Cell C despite their many issues.<br>
