Glo Cell data contract

I app**** for a data contract for the R99 deal. That was on the 5 April 2016. My contract was approved and told that I should get my device within the next week. It's been a month now and I'm still waiting on te device . I've sent numerous emails as well as made numerous phone calls . Yet my device is still somewhere in this world . This is unacceptable as why must I wait this long for a device . This morning I got an email from a Jonathan Carr saying that there is a delay and that it will be sent from Johannesburg . Yet he was the same person who told me the stock will arrive on the 26th April . And my device will be delivered . I'm still waiting for this device . I'm very annoyed at this as my friend went to a cell c store on the 7th April for the same router deal and got her router the very next day . Yet this is a cell c deal and my device is nowhere . I'm frustrated, upset , angry and very dissapointed. If I don't get a response by the end of the day . I will contact my work . Which is independent newspapers and I will go to our consumer watch lady as its been too long to get a device delivered
