giving clients unwanted contracts

<p>a guy called and told me about a contract for a tablet for R89, i accepted the contract. on the arrival 2 tablets were brought. i then thought it was a promo of buy 1 get 1 free. later on i realised it wasnt so i called cell c to as for a voice recording of me accepting the 2nd tablet as they now say i agreed on the 2nd tablet of which i did not. after 7 working days of lodging a dispute, they called and said they will come and pick up the 2nd tablet. i put everything back in its box and then now they called to say they will pick it up as i agreed on the tablet. What ****ery is this. i demand the voice recording sent to me , i want to hear myself agree to the 2nd tablet coz i am sure i did not. i only agreed on the tablet for R89. False sales , disgusting service. Cell c is the worst and i would not recommend anybody taking up contracts with them nor being on their network. i demand the voice recording ASAP before i take legal matters . im still waiting for the pickup to happen. number linked to these stupid contracts is ********** 191</p>
