Given a run around
<p>My mother Pindile mathebula, took out a contract with cell c ofR 239 on the 25 september 2016 they delivered, which within 7days she returned the handset due to the other handset being outstanding, it was taken to be assessed which later she was informed it was fine by a lady named Lorencia william , now she was supposed to be refunded her R239,since the 27 september they are not refunding but send her messages that they received her enquiry about it,</p>
