Give Up

I have been with Cell C for years, every single month there's a whole new problem that arises. its a shame that it has resolved to this but a person can only handle this much. They access my bank acc 2 - 3 times a month, I then started paying cash, the only thing they seem to reply with is call the call centre, according to call centre they make notes yet they still access account after 2 years of paying cash!i had a incident were they told me after 5 in the afternoon that they cant help me cause the computers are shut down, I work in customer service and even if I have to restart my computer I do it cause my customer comes first.they have apparently handed me over to lawyers for interest that accumulates for every-time they go in to my acc and cant get the money!WELL HELLO THERE'S A REASON I STOPPED IT!i will not pay for their mistakes.Honestly this ain't even half the problems I experience with them,you just give up after a while.No one seems to really care and then they don't understand why so many people are leaving them!
