give it a second thought before getting a Cell C contract

<p>I bought a contract phone from Cell C, It broke down and I gave it back for repairs on the 24th of November and even now on the 20th of December I haven't got it back yet, and in their own terms and conditions they say they have devices repaired and ready within 12 or 15 business days, now it's been almost a month and when I called them today they said they have yet to start, so exactly what kind of service is that? I'm thinking about cancelling the contract altogether if I don't get my phone by this Friday. </p>
