Ghost account

In 2012 I misplaced my I.D. I then reported to the police and they advised me to write an affidavit and I did. Later in 2013 I did a credit report on myself through transunion. I found out that I had a contract with cell c that I had not been paying therefore I had a low a score. I rushed to Cell C (@the Pavilion). They opened the contract and showed me from their computer. It said I opened it at Amanzimtoti, I told them it was not me and I gave them all the documents they asked for. I then expected my name to be cleared as I am paying for my other accounts.<br> <br> Last year 2015 December I contacted the head office and I still appeared on their bad records. They then asked me for my affidavit and my I.d copy. I emailed them to the address given to me. Last week I tried to purchase a vehicle via vehicle finance but I was declined.
