Getting penilized for Un autorised deduction and not paying on time after there app informed that the payment was received

Cellc is penilized me after I requested that they do not deduct the money on the 27 Decmber. I called in 3 times and they still did the deduction. I will not pay the penalty as this is an cell c error. I only receive my salary on the end of the month and dit the payment though there app. I called in and was informed that the payment is showing. They accepted me to pay R575 instead of 505. My money was paid on time. Cell C is not trustworthy to deduct money from my account as they do not follow the contact agreement of only deduct on the end of the month. I will not pay the penalty. As long as I pay on the day the money is due you can't penilize me

Dear Maralize Noordman,

Thank you for getting back to us and sharing your current experience.

As discussed during our call, we are currently working to obtain the recording from your previous contact regarding the dispute over the early debit order. If the recording verifies that you did not authorize the change, we will ensure that you are not responsible for the penalty fee.

We appreciate your patience as we conduct the necessary investigation. Please be assured that we are committed to assisting you and will take appropriate corrective measures based on our findings.

Regards,
