Getting nothing done.

I handed in my cell phone for repairs on the 1 October 2015<br> It was only requested for collection on 13 October and today is 20 November 2015 and I still don't have my phone back. I have been to the store numerous times and waited hours to speak to management and I do not get results. Only empty promises.<br> I was told that it would take up to 21 working days for the repair and it is now 51 days. What ever happened to customer service.
