getting more of my money

<p>I asked cell c in September to remove the GET MORE subscription off my account, it's December and they are still deducting money from me, I called the call centre maybe 5 minutes ago and the lady acknowledges that on the system i made a request to get this subscription off my account but she can't tell me why they are still taking money from me. I'm irked ,I have never used this service so why am I still being charged for it?</p>
