Getting hold of the call center consultants

Every time I try calling them their systems are always busy or something would be wrong, I can't get hold of the consultants, it always say the system is busy, and their network connection is terrible, it really really irritates me, I cannot access the internet when ever I want because of connection error ? a oh God even now I cannot submit this!
