Getting benefits even after moving to prepaid

I have placed my 30day notice for CellC to cancel my contract 30 days before the last day of my 2 year contract on 3rd may. On 3 June I received confirmation that the contract was moved to prepaid. I did howver notice that benefits were still active. (20% data, 100% minutes and 100% sms) After calling the service desk, the agent and her supervisor were surprised at this and i was told that i would only be billed for 1-2 June ie prorata. I had to call cancellations the next day. I did and cancellations was equally surprised indicating that benefits would be cancelled at midnight between 4 and 5 june. I had to await an invoice on 5 june to understand what would be charged. 7 june - benefits still exist. My porting request from another network is still pending, and i received a bill for R4300 for full minutes, sms and 60% of the data although this was not even given. Contracts indicates that i need to pay for the benefits for the entire month even it gets forfeited...and it will not be proratad...something that is done in the first month. Really frustrated that cellc is not porting the number which is used for work and keep directing me from pillar to post.
