GETTING A CELLC DATA CONTRACT NOT SO EASY

I went to Game Store Vryburg to apply for a contract for R99. My complaint are at Game Vryburg but for CELLC and. I supp**** all necessary documents they required. After that they told Game that the last statement I supp**** does not reflect my salary for the month, which is obvious because it was not the end of the month yet for new statement from the bank. So I went to the bank and got a bank stamped statement reflecting my latest salary. Then they informed me that they need 3 months STAMPED bank statements from me. Why did they not tell me in the first place when they told me they only needed the statement reflecting my latest salary. So I took off again from work to go to the bank and got them 4 months statements which were stamped. Then they apparently did not receive Game's email of my statements, so it was send to them again. Then they informed Game something about a stamp on my ID copy that must not be there.?!? I mean, ***. I cannot take a stamp off my ID book and I don't even know what they meant.So Game gave me a number to call and ask what they need.So they informed me they cannot disclose information with me only with CELLC consultant.Then I told them to forget it.
