Gets worse and worse

Cell C is by far the worst company ever! Their finance team is shocking, got no sense of how to deal with debit orders, allocations or how to even allocate a POP.

Cancel in July, got proof of cancellation…but they hand me over because I didn’t pay for August and September…I don’t think they know those months comes after July.

When I send proof of payment to the month they say is outstanding then they got another excuse and another month that is outstanding. It’s a debit order but they don’t know how to allocate.

You must email week after week because they don’t know how to reply.

You can’t call because staff isn’t trained and don’t know what to do.

Oh and if you do follow up and they do reply you got to send them the same email with the same information to THE SAME PERSON.
