Getmore247 doesn't want to cancel Nd refund me

Getmore 247 is a ridiculous service, I've been trying to cancel the subscription for over 8 months now, ref*** wen I call they always say it's cancelled but they keep on debiting my account!I want my money back Nd this ****** service cancelled. Cell C also says they can't help but they are the ones debiting my acc
