GetMore : ********* Practices

<p>GetMore (offered by Cell C) must be one of the most inefficient and ********* bunch around!</p> <p>I called on 20 July to cancel my subscription, which was absolutely useless to me, and they said they will phone me in a month to confirm.</p> <p>I asked why because it's not like I'm going to change my mind. Nevertheless, this was their 'procedure', which has proved to be highly flawed!!!!</p> <p>To cut a long story short, my subscription was only cancelled about 20/10/2016 (3 months later)!! And only because I had to keep phoning!</p> <p>I called again today to follow-up on my refund (that I discussed with their useless consultant) for those months that they charged me, when they weren't permitted to.</p> <p>It turns out that the refund hasn't even been requested or acknowledged!!!!</p> <p>They are quite happy to keep the money that doesn't belong to them!!!</p> <p>Now I have to wait 30 days for a response. No doubt, I am going to have to fight for MY money that has been ****** from me!</p> <p>Don't EVER sign up with GetMore!! There is a catch to EVERYTHING that they do!</p> <p>I won't hold my breath that this will get resolved. But I will NOT go away!!</p> <p> </p>
