Getmore unable to cancel the useless service

I have been trying to cancel this ******* for a year now they keep on telling you I must wait 30 day to be cancelled and on February they said I must wait for an sms that would cornfirm that policy has been cancelled but until today it has not be cancel

Cell c has done nothing to help their costumes about this nonsense things and when you go to the branch they will only give the costume care number and i think ombudsmen must do something about this now because I want my refund for all the months I have been paying

I would like to know since you claim that you cancel getmore but you still deduct money on my account and I want money back from October and if I can stop the whole account I know cell c would jump on me even blacklist ****** ******** nxe
