GetMore troubles for a fee of course

CellC decides to charge me for GetMore service I declined this offer when I was called about it. On the 3rd of this month I received a welcome SMS and had my funds frozen and reserve records when my contract payment was due. I have been calling their call centers both CellC and Get more. I've been given reference number and assured my funds would be released and this stupid service canceled and over 3 weeks later I'm still waiting. I was told about CellC over charging clients and billing them for services they knew nothing about but, I thought these can't surely be true. Now here I am
