GetMore ****!!!!!!

ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC! I've had good experiences with this service years ago with friends who were registered and thought it would be good to signup when they called with an offer. I was supposed to receive an email stating how and where to use it but received nothing so could never use this sh*t. Tried to get hold of them to get this info but obviously it was impossible. I've been trying to cancel for ages now and I always get told that "someone is going to contact me" - never happens. No one can help in a CellC store, I haven't been able to find a working contact number, emails don't get rep**** to and the whatsapp service keeps telling me the same thing. I have resorted to cancelling my debit order with CellC and manually paying what's due MINUS the fee for this nonsense. I refuse to pay for something that I have never used and where they make it impossible to cancel. This is quite obviously a ****. I have been a loyal CellC customer for many many years but if this issue is not resolved by the end of the month I will cancel all my contracts and never return.
