Getmore Rewards

I signed up for the service. Ive never used it and for the last 2 months ive tried to contact getmore, cell c claims to have no say in the matter and transfers me to getmore but the phone just rings and rings. No one ever picks up. Ive told the cell c call centre whats happening and all they want to do is transfer me. Ive never been so frustrated by lack of customer service. Im going to block my cell c debit order in order to see if I can get some help.
