GETMORE CONSULTANT ****MED ME
On the 23rd of October 2024 a cell c consultant called me and tried to make me sign up for the GETMORE product, He withheld information that could have influenced my decision to sign up or not. In our conversation I repeatedly asked him questions of which he **** to me. I only found out that he had **** when I tried to use the product. I asked to be immediately removed from the service because I was ****med into joining. I even told CELL C to listen to the recording of me and the consultant to see that I was ****med and **** to. They said that they are going to look into it, till today. I do not know if I should contact the OMBUDSMAN regarding this issue in order for it to be resolved, because I have no issue in doing so.
