Getmore cancellation

Hi,this is now for the second time I cancel my Get More Contract I cancel it again on 27 May 2015 and they send me a reference ***7 and another one ***5.Rolene one of their agents call me 15h02 and let me know they will send me an e-mail to confirm my cancellation.The next day a person called me but could not make out what is his name and try to explained me not to cancel the contract but I told him I want to cancel it no matter what I have my reason he did not even give me a chance to carry on with my reasons and the phone went dead and he never called me back ,the way he spoke to me is that he fight with me. The 30 May 2015 Agnes Retheba called me ask me did I received confirmation of the cancellation. I said not yet Isend them an e-mail I want this to be cancelled and no debit from end of June to be taken again a lady called me 9 June at 18h03 ask me the same question calling from Customer Care and transfer me to Get More but the phone switched off I am not going to accept such service like this and want this to be cancelled today 10/09/15 is already this time of the month and not cancelled yet it seems like they don't accept cancellations but I never make use of it
