Getmore by Cell C

I have a contract with cellc and about 4 years ago they offered this service called getmore. I was told I should try it for 30 days see if I like it. Its almost 5 years later and I am still trying to get this service to stop. They have been taking my money for years for a service I have never used. I have called, emailed and went to the contact store. The saddest part is should I get it to eventually stop, all those payments wont be refunded, yet it is their fault I'm still paying. They keep telling me they will stop it and next payment will be the last..the lies from that service provider is sickening.
