GETMORE ADDED WITHOUT MY AUTHORISATION!!!!

Apparently Cell C took it upon themselves to add my contract onto GETMORE, I have requested that this service be cancelled. Furthermore I have no record of ever requesting this service and have demanded the voice recording as well as the start date of this service and who the consultant was that enforced this add on. To date no one has come back to me and I have been told that a request has been sent and that I would receive a call....nothing to date. FOR THE LAST TIME.....I WANT TO KNOW WHO GAVE PERMISSION FOR THIS SERVICE!!!! I would also like confirmation that this service has been cancelled on both cell phone accounts AND THAT I WILL BE REIMBURSED FOR THIS SERVICE i NEVER ASKED FOR. Alternatively, if I do not get a response I will forward my complaint to the Consumer Council.
