I purchased GetBlack on 23/11/2018, watched movie on my Lenovo Ideapad. I now want to watch on my laptop and cell phone but not allowed. On laptop it gives error screen and cell phone states 5 devices are linked. I have 5 contract phones with Cell c but not linked on 5 devices with GetBlack. I've been sending emails to support@black but no resolution concerning my matter. Linked Lenovo Ideapad, movie played but continuesly FROZE and states Network error! I am only linked with Cell C on all my networks and my Wi-Fi. Why can't I watch on laptop and other phone? Will I have this problem for 12 months?
