Get the job done!

If I could it would be a negative 2 star rating. The worst customer service ever and the most difficult to get a hold of, so much for being able to contact them on Whatsapp if the bot can’t even find your account and then ‘Please hold while we direct you to an agent’ and that day never comes!

I took in my device for repairs the 19th of May 2023, paid the Excess fee the 13th of June 2023, emailed them my Proof of payment twice just to find out the payment was allocated on the 13th of July 2023, a whole month that has already passed!!

They keep on telling me they will escalate my repair and that I should contact the following week because Cell C repairs apparently go on weekend from a Wednesday, they do not operate during the weekend, fair if I were to be calling on a Friday!

I am very unhappy with how long they are taking to just start the process of my device repair!

Why even bother to pay my insurance for so long, be on time with my monthly instalments and then they just have my device laying around and no one is bothering to get the job done.

This was my first and last contract with Cell C!
